Yellowstone Day Hiking Gear List

• Water bottle (2 liters per person)

• Backpack (we provide light packs to carry your necessary gear, but you can bring your own if you prefer)

• Binoculars (we provide a pair, but you can bring your own if you prefer; you’ll want them in Yellowstone!)

• Good shoes (runners, hiking boots, etc.)

• Rain jacket/pants

• Fleece layer and warm beanie hat (for unpredictable storms)

• Sun protection (i.e. sunscreen, hat, lip balm)

• Bug repellent

• Toilet paper / trash sack or ziploc

• Hand sanitizer

• Camera…and smile!
